The short version
Your code is never stored. It goes to Anthropic's API to generate the analysis and nowhere else. We don't collect it, log it, sell it, or train any model with it. The only data we store is your email address if you choose to provide it.
When you paste code, upload an L5X file, or submit a screenshot, it is sent directly to Anthropic's API (the same technology that powers Claude) to generate the analysis. Once the analysis is returned, your code is discarded. It is never written to a database, logged to a file, or retained in any form on our servers.
No. Anthropic's API terms explicitly state that data submitted via the API is not used to train their models. This is a documented policy difference between the API and consumer products. You can verify this directly in Anthropic's usage policies at anthropic.com/policies.
We understand that PLC programs often contain proprietary logic and confidential customer information. Because no code is stored on our end, the risk is limited to transit — your code travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Anthropic's API and back. If your organization has strict policies about sending code to third-party APIs, check with your security team before using this tool with production or customer code. The screenshot mode is an alternative that avoids sending raw source code directly.
The only personal data we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to provide it through the email capture or feedback form. We use this to send product updates and notify you when new features launch. We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to any third party. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you submit feedback through the in-app form, we collect your star rating, written comment, and your response to the "would you pay" question. This is used solely to improve the product. If you include your email with feedback, it is added to our mailing list as described above.
We do not currently run any third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Basic request logs are maintained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for operational purposes and are not used for marketing or profiling.
